Welcome to the rural estate “La Casa di Matiki” in Žminj! The Matiki House is a beautifully arranged agrotourism with a rich additional offer. Apart from the bed and breakfast arrangement, this accommodation unit is characterized by an authentic Istrian stone house with a modern and newly refurbished interior. The accommodation capacity consists of 4 apartments (2+1, 2+0, 2+2, 2+2 detached bungalows), a common breakfast room, a terrace, a big and well kept swimming pool. The atmosphere is that of a typical Istrian homestead where a special contribution is given especially by a friendly and generous host, Mrs Sonja. Her delicious marmalades (made of different kinds of fruits and vegetables) and the homemade bred you get during your breakfast will surprise you! If you would like to go to the sea, it can be reached in only 30 minutes by car, and the fact that the rural estate “La Casa di Matiki” is very well connected with other parts of Istria is of great advantage!
