The Hotel Kaštel offers enjoyment of the delights of Istrian cuisine in its own restaurant. Our guests have at their disposal a number of restaurant dinning rooms, suitable for larger or smaller groups. A local and festive atmosphere is offered in winter in the newly renovated blue dinning room of the restaurant.

In warmer parts of the year a special experience can be had by dinning on one of the hotel terraces in the shade of a chestnut tree or centuries old mulberry tree. Guests have at their disposal the delightful hotel café, a great place for your morning coffee or evening rendezvous.

Working hours : everyday from 8:00 – 22:00
From the menu we recommend:
*Istrian pršut, Istrian sheep cheese, truffle cheese
*Homemade Istrian maneštra (with sweet corn, with stupanje, jota)
*Homemade pasta (fuži, gnocchi, frkanci) with white truffles
(Tuber Magnatum) or with black truffles (Tuber Aestivum), with beef stew or venison stew (venison)
*Beefsteak with truffles (white or black – depending on the season)
*A number of vegetarian dishes
*Pancakes "Kaštel" or wine château
*Homemade fritule and kroštule

We recommend typical Istrian wines – white malvasia and red teran and we also offer a palette of a variety of wines from Istrian wine producers – chardonnay, pinot, cabernet sauvignon, muscat, merlot and sweet dessert wines.

Breakfast served: 7:00 – 10:00 - buffet
Lunch served: 13:00 – 15:00
Dinner is served: 19:00 – 21:00 - room service
