Barboška is situated on the western shore of the Istrian peninsula in a small village called Betiga located approx. 500m from the Barbariga tourist settlement. The facility can be reached following an asphalted road, however it is located away from the traffic and tourist bustle and surrounded by natural greenery characteristic of the Istrian climate.

The environment surrounding the facility is ideal for beautiful strolls through nature, morning jogs in fresh air, bicycle rides, and similar. The small, hidden natural beaches washed by the clear water invoke a sense of freedom, privacy and intimacy. A few family restaurants within the radius of 150m from Barboška offer the enjoyment of Istrian cuisine.

Apart from the use of accommodation units (apartments, studios and rooms), the offered price includes the possibility of using the extra amenities situated within Barboška’s nicely decorated yard, such as:
- an outdoor pool (10x5m) with an electronically controlled system for disinfection and measurement of the pH-value of the pool water
- a concrete tennis court with lighting
- the use of the outdoor grill
- a parking area for personal vehicles inside the yard
- a large, green children’s play area...

The café bar located by the pool on the ground floor is open, besides for the guests staying in our accommodation units, for other guests as well. You can enjoy a refreshing drink with your family or friends in the pleasant ambiance it offers.

Distances: swimming area or natural beach - 1200m, Barbariga tourist settlement - 500m, Pula and Rovinj – approx. 26km, Vodnjan – 15km, Pula Airport – approx. 35km.

General terms & conditions

* During June, July and August the above-mentioned prices are valid only for reservations for a minimum of 5 nights. In the event of shorter stays, the prices are increased by 30%.
* The above-mentioned prices include the use of the air-conditioner, the pool and the tennis courts, the final cleaning, change of linens once a week and change of towels twice a week.
* Check in: 2 p.m.; check out: 10.00 a.m.
* Our guests have a reserved parking space inside our yard.
* Our guests can use the pool free of charge. In the event the guests should have a wish to invite relatives or friends to the pool, the same must be arranged with the staff beforehand. The daily rate for the use of the pool for outside guests is EUR 15 per person.
* You use the pool at your own risk. We kindly ask our guests to respect the rules of using the pool and to keep an eye on their children.
* The use of the grill is free of charge (however, it must be arranged with the staff beforehand, so that necessary fire prevention measures could be taken).
* The use of the tennis courts is free of charge for our guests as well. It is possible to rent rackets and balls in the café bar. The prices for outside guests can be found in the café bar as well.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Change of linen once a week (upon arrival).
* Change of towels twice a week.
* We kindly ask our cherished guests to bring with them necessities such as detergents, shampoos, cloths and washing-up sponges, garbage bags etc.

Visitor’s tax and registration

* In the period from June 1, 2007 to Sept. 30, 2007 the visitor’s tax will be EUR 1 per person per day; in other periods it will be EUR 0.80 per person per day.
* Children under 12 do not pay the visitor’s tax; children from 12 to 18 pay 50% of the visitor’s tax.
* The registration payment is a one-time payment in the amount of EUR 1.50 per person.

Additional services

* Additional bed: EUR 15.00 per night
* Children’s bed: EUR 5.00 per night
* Breakfast: 5,00 Eur/person-day

Terms of payment

* Accommodation reservation – 20% of the total price.
* The balance is paid upon arrival.
