Villa Katarina is situated in the small village Salambati in Istria. Salambati is a small village with 16 houses and 23 inhabitants, which is situated 3 kilometers from the place called Sv Vincenat -16 km from Rovinj and 27 kilometers from Pula where is the nearest airport. Villa is the size about 130m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there are: a living room with an open fire place, a kitchen, a dining room and a toilet. On the first floor there are: a bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two beds. The space around the house is 900m2 big with a swimming pool size 8 x 4m, bathroom in the authentic istrian ''kazun'' style, three parking places within nicely decorated green plants and flower environment.
