Dear Smrikva Bowl friends!
With this e-mail formally starts the selection of the talents for the 15th annual Smrikva Bowl 2010 that will be held in Pula, Croatia, from 22nd of June till 27th of June 2010. Smrikva Bowl is the tournament, as many of you may already know, which boasts the top 10 and under players World wide.
On 27th of June the Smrikve Tennis Club will also host the 9th annual "Little Mo"/Smrikva Bowl. This event combines top players from the United States and the Smrikva Bowl finalist playing against each other. “Little Mo” is the most prestigious under 10 tennis tournament in the USA played by over 1700 kids over the year and in 1992 the famous tennis player Andy Roddick won “Little Mo” when he was 10 years old.

14th Smrikva Bowl 2009 gathered top players from 25 countries and 5 continents. Since the Smrikva Bowl foundation top players from 40 countries and 6 continents have played our tournament.
Another important news of this year edition was also the E-book “Istria from Smrikve” that can be visited on www.smrikve.com/istria/ . This was my gift to the Smrikva Bowl Ambassadors with hope that a part of helping Smrikve in scouting talents around the World they will also help us in spreading the word about Istria as cultural destination worth visiting.
Since 2009 the Smrikva Bowl participants, as part of the subscription fee, are pleased to bring with them a book that represents the culture of the place they are coming from. Each of donated and dedicated book forms the Smrikva Bowl Library.
Smrikva Bowl mission is to develop and spread Cosmopolitan values. Children, sport, culture and music are already part of the Cosmopolitan World.
